If you are like me and over 50, you may be asking yourself, 'What's next?' Two major factors have me shifting gears: AI and my age. I am 55 and I have been doing marketing and media for almost 25 years. For my market here in Arkansas, I have reached the top of what I can earn in terms of wages. More and more young people are entering the workforce. While they may not have my skills yet, they are cheaper to hire.
